The project area, located in Edremit district of Balıkesir, is located in the atmosphere of Kaz Mountains.

By keeping the slopes of the land in the foreground,  to be applied  The building was designed by Göbekli Architecture and Engineering design team.

The areas between the blocks are used as parking lots, and swimming pools are planned in the front area, which each unit can use easily.

The use of wide and long glasses on the facades ensures the spaciousness of the interior spaces, while at the same time, the inclined design of the roof contributes to establishing integrity and balance.

A contemporary and remarkable concept has been created with both the materials used and the mass movements created on the façade.

While one side of the design looks at the dense vegetation at the foot of the Kaz Mountains, the other side integrates with the sea view and offers a calm and free life.
