The building, which was designed as a vineyard house on a land of approximately 5 decares, is located in the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir.

Since a natural privacy area is created thanks to the vegetation around it, glass material is mainly used on the facade. However, with the effect of other preferred materials, a contemporary concept has been created.

While wide and long glasses provide the spaciousness of the space, they also contribute to the balancing of the height given by the dynamic roof. 

Thanks to the landscape area, it isolates itself from the neighboring parcels and offers a calm, peaceful and free life experience away from the city.
